Credit Hours: 3.00 or 4.00. Builds on National Advanced Leadership Camp experience to solve organizational and staff problems. Discuss staff organization, functions, and processes. Examine principles of subordinate motivation and organizational change. Apply leadership and problem solving principles to a complex case study/simulation. Permission of department required.
