HTM 49101 - Sales And Service For Beverage Operations Credit Hours: 3.00. Principles and practices regarding the production, selection, purchasing, storage, marketing and service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the hospitality industry. Includes lab component for hands-on experience. Students must acquire responsible alcohol service certification to earn course credit. Must be 21 years of age. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
