OBHR 58110 - Foundations Of Organizational Behavior
Credit Hours: 1.00 to 2.00. A review of the key elements of human relations in organizations necessary for managerial effectiveness (productivity, satisfaction, turnover, engagement). Focus is on the application of theory to issues such as motivation, values and ethics, group dynamics, leadership and change, and organizational structure and culture.
