Note 1: Students transferring to Purdue University Northwest are highly encouraged to take MATH 212 to finish their Calculus sequence. If this class is not taken, students can take a 3 credit Social Science or Humanities course. Calculus 2 will then be finished at PNW.
Note 2: Genetics is recommended in the sophomore year as it as a requirement for several upper level courses.

Notes
- CIS 20400 is recommended for students with limited experience using Microsoft Suite but can be replaced with another Gen Ed Technology approved by the department.
- An overall GPA of 2.0 or greater must be maintained. A GPA of 2.0 or greater must be maintained for Biology core courses.
- C- or better for BIOL 10100 and BIOL 10200.
- 32 or more credits must be at or above the 30000 level.
- Students should speak to their advisor to verify that they have the appropriate courses for the Gen. Ed. core and/or their future careers, i.e. premedical students should have Introductory Psychology - PSY 12000 and Sociology - SOC10000, or the equivalent.
