Credit Hours: 4.00. A study of electronic devices such as the diodes, FET, BJT, Thyristors, MOSFET and operational amplifier. Analysis and design of electronic circuits such as the comparator, amplifier, filter, oscillator and voltage regulator. Other topics include the heat sinks and thermal design.
