GBG 36400 - Constitutional Law Credit Hours: 3.00. This course studies the United States Constitution and how it has been interpreted by the United States Supreme Court. Selected issues will illustrate legal techniques for describing, analyzing, and influencing the process by which the U.S. Supreme Court resolves disputes, with focus on the Bill of Rights and their interpretation. A short unit on the Constitution of the State of Indiana will also be presented. A minimum 12-15 page paper is required. Typically offered Summer Fall Spring.
