HTM 34400 - The Midwest Wine And Food Experience Credit Hours: 3.00. This course is designed to familiarize students with Indiana and Michigan wine and food production, marketing and sales, and destination management. Visits to numerous wineries, restaurants and renowned establishments will include tours, seminars, and tastings providing students with “hands on” instruction and observation of business practices of Indiana and Michigan wineries and restaurants.
