Credit Hours: 3.00. Quality practices and philosophies will be explored in order to examine methods for determining customer needs and wants and interpreting these into design. The course bridges quantitative, behavioral, and strategic concepts for designing organizations to be dynamic, integrated systems whose outputs are monitored for quality and continuously improved.
