Introduction to project planning and management – U.S. construction industry practice, organization of construction firms, cost of construction projects, cost estimating, quantity takeoff. Topics will include equivalence, present worth, uniform annual cost, depreciation, documents, contracts, and management project scheduling inspection. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
