Credit Hours: 3.00. Acquaints students with developmentally appropriate content materials and methods in teaching mathematics in the junior high/middle school. Includes an overview of the role of the middle school Mathematics teacher today, junior high/middle school philosophy, use of technology, and planning of instructional units. Field experiences are integrated with classroom instruction. . Typically offered Fall Spring.
