HIST 30301 - History Of Latin America Credit Hours: 3.00. This course explores Latin American history from its pre-Columbian origins to the early 21st century, with particular attention paid to indigenous societies, the Iberian conquest and colonial legacy, transculturation, republican government, foreign intervention, nationalism, revolution, neoliberalism and identity politics and culture. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
