HDFS 45200 - Family Resource Management

Prerequisite(s): HDFS 20500 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF C-

Credit Hours: 3.00. This course introduces students to the concepts of family resource management. Many factors influence decisions made by individuals and families including values, goals, available resources, and the changing family, community, and global events. Emphasis will be placed on decision making and problem solving strategies as they relate to working with individuals, single-parent families, traditional families, and extended families. Typically offered Fall Spring.
