IDIS 43600 - Great Issues II Prerequisite(s): IDIS 43500 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF D-
Credit Hours: 3.00. A continuation of IDIS 43500, examining the further development, in a historical framework, of those issues considered enduring and important. Focus on the development of the diversity of ideas and perspectives in the modern era, including questions of political organization, religion and spirituality, the evolution of science, ethics and modernity, the exercise of power, and the uses of rationality. Open to Bachelor of Liberal Studies students with Senior standing only. Typically offered Spring Summer.
