Credit Hours: 3.00. Continued work at the advanced-intermediate level with a focus on vocabulary and grammar for contexts in a wide variety of professional settings. Conducted primarily in Spanish. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Build upon and improve intermediate Spanish language skills.
2. Develop necessary vocabulary for communication in the target language within broader professional contexts.
3. Create real-world scenarios that facilitate, promote, and practice professional communication in the target language.
4. Incorporate trade-specific situations that are relevant and applicable to each student and his/her respective field of study, while covering the broader implications of these contexts.
5. Promote personal and meaningful application of material through personalized activities and projects that students could use as part of their job search.
6. Examine and present current news events through articles, websites, and videos.
