CS 40300 - Undergraduate Research In Computer Science Credit hours: 1.00 - 3.00. This course provides students with the opportunity to work closely with faculty on a research project and gain experience with the process of research. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer. Course Learning Outcomes 1. Employ their foundational knowledge and critical thinking skills to construct solutions to research problems.
2. Evaluate the solutions to their research problems. This will include, as appropriate, performing experiments, case study evaluations, user studies, or producing proofs.
3. Demonstrate the written and oral communication skills necessary to describe their results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
