BIA 32500 - Applied Business Statistics

Credit Hours: 3.00. The course topics will include multiple regression, ANOVA, time series analysis, and non-parametric tests. The students will be able to apply statistics to business problems. Typically offered Fall Spring Summer.
Course Learning Outcomes
1. Describe the relationship between several independent variables and a dependent variable using multiple regression analysis. 2. Organize data into appropriate ANOVA tables for analysis. 3. Describe averaging techniques, trend and seasonal techniques, and solve typical problems in forecasting. 4. Perform nonparametric analysis for a set of data.
