OBHR 44400 - Leadership Credit Hours: 3.00. This course is designed to introduce students to leadership theory and practice. Students will learn theories of leadership, practice methods of evaluating effective leadership, and develop a personal leadership action plan. Particular emphasis is placed on developing ethical leadership and trust. Junior or Senior standing required. Experiential Learning (EXL): Yes
