ECE 53202 - Renewable Energy

Prerequisite(s): ECE 31100 FOR LEVEL UG WITH MIN. GRADE OF D-

Credit Hours: 3.00. This course will cover concepts and formulations associated with renewable energy systems. Students will gain knowledge on designing and modeling of hybrid renewable energy systems. The main topics will include wind turbines and wind energy systems, photovoltaic (PV) panels and solar energy systems, renewable distributed generation (DG) systems, renewable systems integration, and hybrid renewable energy systems.
