Credit Hours: 3.00. Considers current developments in the areas of collective bargaining, negotiations, and third party mediation and arbitration practices. Consideration will be given to the environments, structure, and processes of collective bargaining. Emphasis is on the practical aspects of labor-management negotiation and proceedings.
